Hey everybody! Flip and Dani here, founders of the Freedom Real Estate Group Family of Companies and welcome to another episode of our podcast, which is called Freedom Through Passive Income. That's right and welcome to another Live! Live! Live! I don't know where that came from but I have to do it every time now. Welcome to another Live episode. This is a Friday, look at the shirt. Happy fun shirt Friday Mr. Flip. Fun shirt Friday and for those of you not watching, just envision in your head, a lot of Michigan State a lot of football. A lot of Michigan State and a lot of football. And basketball. Oh there's basketball there too, but mainly looking at the football and the football stadium. And that's what I'm wearing. Because it's football season. Right. It couldn't be a better time of the year. And apparently, in some parts of the country, the leaves are changing colors or whatever, but not down here. But welcome to our Week 36. This is our Recap and Key Takeaways from this last week. Yeah. All right.

So episode - 246 How Your Personality Dictates Your Returns - Series Introduction. Now the key takeaway is it's worth learning about personality types, because personality determines the type of investor you are. Sometimes it can even change based on the stage of your life. Yup. Another takeaway is the amount of expected returns can often be tied to the level of risk involved. Your personality type drives your level of risk tolerance, as well as how you make decisions around your investments. Absolutely.

Episode 247 - was How Your Personality Dictates Your Returns - Type A. That's me. Key takeaway number one type A are of a highly independent nature, their ambition to leave their mark in this world singles them out. Check. They are self driven and they know the importance of goal setting, positive thinking and motivation. Check. Key takeaway number two. The other side of type A is that they are looked on as people who are impatient and can be easily prone to hostility, aggressiveness and rudeness. Check. They are well known for their sharpness and getting to the heart of the matter in a no nonsense and blunt terms. Check. That's a double check.

All right. Episode 240 - Motivational Monday - What Gets Us Up in the Morning. So takeaways on this one, the goals and the anticipation of reaching them are the mojo of what will get you up in the morning and motivate you and that's true actually, it excites me the day before. Yeah. That's how I, yeah. Anyway, if you're the passive investor, then set goals for your passive income because that means freedom. It means you get to be doing what you want with whom you want, where you want. All of those things just matter so much and life changes once you get there. That is so very true. We talked about that yesterday. Yup. All right.

Episode 249 - How Your Personality Dictates Your Returns - Type B. First key takeaway is and we're talking about you here Flip, right? What? Type B personalities are essentially the exact opposite of type A. Ohh? They are hardly stressed. Check. Wait, oh yeah, check. They are extremely relaxed in any situation, and people often describe them as being happy go lucky. Check. Yeah man. They're usually cheerful and carefree in most situations and people love hanging out with them because they are usually entertaining and fun to be around. Waka waka waka! Check check check. That's definitely you babe. Key takeaway number two people under this type are characterized by their lack of urgency. Check. A little bit of a check there. Wait, wait, hold on, I'll check that later. They love to relax and take things as they come, which can categorize them as too casual or prone to procrastination. I'll get that tomorrow. All right.

Episode 250 - How Your Personality Dictates Your Returns - Type C. So key takeaways, type C usually comprises introverts interested in details, they do not take things at face value and are interested in finding out exactly how things work, they dig into it. They think very systematically and analytically and are natural problem solvers. They are extremely competent with numbers and logic. They do not respond well to critics and are often over critical of others around them. Risk taking is not an attractive option for this personality type. They want to know every nook of every cranny and base their decisions on research and information that back up their decisions. That's right.

And episode 251 was yesterday. It was our Weekly Live Update for Week 36. And the first key takeaway Flip. We had a three day weekend. Yes. And we actually took it. Yeah, we stopped work on Friday at some point. And we didn't start work again until Tuesday. And we went swimming every single day. Oh my gosh. It was so awesome. I was gonna say pinch me but I didn't want you to pinch me to wake up, too awesome. And if you didn't listen to yesterday's, we've never ever done that. Never. Huge win, we celebrated it a little bit for about five minutes I think at yesterday's episode. Yeah, for about five minutes, yeah. So we can let it sink in. Key takeaway number two for yesterday's live update was that this past week, and it was just actually the other day, private money loan number three "tres" was approved. So super excited about that because that is business number seven. And we're just bit by bit allowing people to go ahead and come through us and we take a look at their deals, usually with people that we know, areas that we already know because we're still building out you know, the processes and systems that is going to become this, you know, seventh business, but it's just super exciting that people are now starting to come to us and say hey, you know, I'm interested in a loan. I already know you. I've known you for years and I'm like yeah, I've seen you I know your deals. Let's do it. Super excited.

Awesome. Well, we hope that you enjoyed this episode.
